Environmental damage. Maybe from Heat.
 

Or it was found with a metal detector and has been tumbled to make it look more "normal".

Ty for the info. I found another coin like this. All 3 from bank quarter rolls. Guess I will add them to my collection.
 

It's just a coin with damaged surfaces and is not collectible.

Tumbling common clad to make it easier to spend is not an issue. I know from experience that banks and cashiers don't want (and sometimes won't accept) coins right out of the ground if they are dirty and discolored.
