I think it is a detached leg, I found one earlier in the year I think. This one I am not sure if it's a greased die or just PMD. IMHO, the 2004-P appears to have been struck through grease but the coin is in such poor condition due to wear and other damage, that the coin likely has no value above face value. Frank
