2007 Lincoln Error ?

Broke open a new BU roll of 2007 Lincolns at work today, found a oddity. Usually only one side or the other is an error. This one has both sides with a problem. Any ideas on this one?

Sometimes they start the diepress up slowly and test to make sure thealignment is correct. This will cause a weak strike. I have found them in the past. Not sure if there is much of a premium, but you never know.
