2017 cent double die?

Just wondering if this is considered doubling.

ICETEK, in your posts please indicate the area that you wish for others to comment on and when inserting images, do your best to insert them right side up. You will get more replies this way.
I am going to assume by this post that you are referring to the date area of the coin. From the image I do not see any doubling. You may be seeing something if you angle the coin to your light source but most likely that is simply machine doubling. Also to help out do a quick google search on machine doubling vs doubled dies, there are plenty of resources that provide illustrations on what to look for. Here is an example:

No, it is not doubling.
 

In the old days we referred to this as "Die Chatter" its a sta sta sta stutter. Machine doubling is a new one for me but makes perfect sense.
