Went back to a site that I've been a few times. Pulled out a 1942 quarter yesterday and today I got a nice surprise! About 6 inches down I popped this 1963 D franklin out! That makes two franklin halves for the year. I've been out 3 times with my new minelab se pro and found silver the past 2 times! Love this machine!

Great looking half.

Nice find!....Those Franklins are scarce!..Congrats !

You couldn't wipe the smile from my face if I had found that! Great finds and thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks everyone! I tried to take a picture of it barely showing its edge in the hole but it was too dark. Last find of the day

Keep that up and you might be a Minelab guy forever... Congrats Gary!

Nice one! I haven't found one of those, but I have the se pro as well and love it. I've got 4 silvers this month.... 3 barber dimes and a 64 Washington. HH
