Hello,

New here and recently just found these both in a known 2nd Seminole war vicinity. They match up with what I have seen online, but amazed I found them!

-Bottle top appears to be a wine or whisky 1830's style. Has bubbles in glass and seem on both sides run up the inside and stop before the top.

-Pipe bowl of 2nd Seminole war era

Any idea on manufacturer? Time frame made etc?

Also Gator Jaw, but can't figure out if a fossil or just old?

Thanks for any info!View attachment 1817476View attachment 1817482View attachment 1817485

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Cool relics! :occasion14:

Keep on it. You should find some buttons and roundballs there if it was a camp.

I've have looked hard for such. I found an odd round rusted looking item of about that size, but it is light and I don't have a metal detector, but a "metal detector" pointer did not detect anything nor did a magnet.

I wonder if possibly a very crusted button. How would you even go about cleaning such an item?

I like that pipe bowl.

this is a great video I came across on the making of "China clay" pipes used for Centuries and would have applied to my find.
