That is awesome! Cant beat 2 Standing Liberties.

The first silver coin I ever got was when I was a kid. It looked a lot like this SLQ no date plain worn out. It was given to me by an old scruffy rock hound named Cecil Miller. That coin hooked me for life! Miss that guy. I still have the quarter BTW and SLQs are still my favorite of all my coins.

:occasion14: still killing it I see. Wow you have great hunting grounds.

Sweet SLQ,,
Very hard to find one with a date.
Congratulations

Wow, 2 in 2 days, what a roll to be on! Tomorrow is Friday the 13th, maybe you could get a 3rd. Good luck on your return.

Awesome 2 days for you...has to be sweet digging those...Congrats!!

Love digging those, I wish they came more often.

Very nice......:occasion14:

NIce SLQs! Well worn but that means full of history and have been touched by many hands before us! I haven't found one yet...so 2 in a day is crazy! I like the colored glass piece too! Marble?

Love those SLQ's- hope your next ones have dates!

May God Bless Cecil Miller! Thanks for sharing the story mate. Love the "how & why" of what got us here.:hello:

That's a fine pair of "twins" if I ever saw one. Them standing liberties have been a hard coin to score for many. I reckon I may have half a dozen or less in 9 years hunting. Worn or not they are always a nice score from the dirt. Well done on your pair.:icon_thumright:
