3 buffs, 3 wars, 38S semi key date and a 63 silver quarter from the coinsort reject bin

Not a bad day coinroll hunting...I wasn't skunked. The one date on one of the buffalos had a barely visible 28 so I was happy to at least get a date...thanks for viewing! Update: picked up one more war nickel tonight...a 44 S... Tomorrow I'm hoping for a better result with the next box...another uodate: Not much today but did get a semi key date...1938 S...

It's actually a 26, so 100 years old! Great stuff. 38-D's are tough to find in the wild.

Oh cool, good eyes...now I'll be on the hunt for a 38-D.

I guess you could say mine are farmed...

Thanks Trezure, I've got a couple boxes waiting for next week's hunt! See what happens.

I was referring to the top buffalo in your pic. It looks like a 38-D. Does it have a D mint mark on the back? If so, finding a 38-D buffalo and a 38-S Jefferson in one hunt is quite a feat.

It didn't have a mint mark....that'll be my next goal...it's rare to get any in good condition...I'm happy if I can see a date.
