3 Firsts for me !!

Hit the local town square fountain ground after city demolished fountain and began moving soil for new fountain. Had a few hours of MDing while workers were moving dirt and putting who knows how many potential great finds on dump trucks for fill dirt somewhere.(Should have asked where they were going with it.) Got my first Merc (1945), first IH Cent (1901), and first token (good for 5 cents in trade with 31475 on reverse) Also got three wheats 1929, 1945, and 1936 ; a tag of some sort( U-C Co. with Greg G. Wright & Son Cincinnati on rev.; Stamford Yale & Towne Conn. key; and a heavy metal bar I tried to convince myself was silver at first but I believe is lead( maybe a some kind of cast or print plate) HH EVERYONE !

WTG Logan! We all look for what you describe-moving dirt in an old area. I did really well last year when the city was tearing out sidewalks in an old neighborhood. Keep it swingin'
