What a great way to celebrate my 10,000th post on Treasurenet. I Did the yard of a home built in 1952 (not old by hobby standards) that held some nice finds none the less. Picked up a 1971 Eisenhower Dollar coin, 42 S Merc dime, 56 Roosevelt dime, and last but not least, a 45 Walking Liberty Half. All coins are in very nice condition. Also found 3 Wheats, a 41, 44, and 51 S. The dog tag (from Florida) and the ring rounded out the 2 hour hunt. I was able to make the ring round again with some tools in the garage. This was my second connection to Florida in the last 2 weeks. Those of you who read my post about the wallet I found and returned to a man who lived in Florida know what I'm talking about. Maybe I'm destined to retire in Florida after all ! This was only my 2nd outing with the Equinox 800. I think I'm going to like this detector.
