In December, an anonymous donor dropped a mint-condition gold Krugerrand wrapped in a dollar bill into a Salvation Army kettle in Goodyear.
Three people demanded it be returned. One person identified herself as a Goodyear resident. Another was a young woman who said she lived in Litchfield Park and the third was "a very irate man," Torres said.
