4.5"sniper or 5X8DD coils

Looking at another coil for my AT Pro. I've got the stock coil 8X11. Has anyone used the 4.5 and do you like it for parks and trashy areas or the 5X8DD? I've got a 4.5 on my F75 LD. and it works great but I thought I'd try something different on the old PRO. Thanks in advance.

Get both,,,I use the 5x8 about 80% of the time and the 4.5 ss about 15% of the time and the 8x11 the other 5%....
I like to take the 4.5ss coil into real trashy areas,, I found a 14k diamond ring with my 4.5ss coil in a area that I had been over with my 5x8...

I checked a target for a friend,, he was using his E-Trac and 11" pro coil,, it turned out to be a zinc at 7",,my AT Pro and 4.5ss gave a reading of 74 number,,not bad for such a small coil..
Our soil is 80 + or - a little......
If you only buy one,, go with the 5x8...

I would go with the 8x5 1st, I have never had a sniper coil so don't know

I love my 8x5

I have the AT Gold the 5X8 came as stock love it but also bought the sniper and it is my go to in the Tot lots as you can get right up on the poles without interference and I have a park that is carpeted with trash and I can pick out the good from the trash easily and if you water hunt the 5X8 is superb glides right through.

Go with the 5x8, I have all three, and used the 5x8 all season. I think it should be the stock coil for the AT pro
