see, thats what im talking about, within 5 mins of posting a cartridge "freak" helps me out. :) thanks
im pretty good with rounds myself, never seen these before. so why would you think they were in the middle of a city? my guess is for swat training. the city just bought up the houses where these were found...

SWAT training is probably the best guess. Last I knew it wasn't available for civilian purchase.

We use them in the 9mm for pertective service detail (PSD) training. Them darn things hurt, but they are as real as it gets!
