4 Kings Medal - Need ID

This medal looks like its gold-toned pot metal, 37mm with loop as issued. Any help in identifying this medal would be appreciated.

The front side looks like Arthur and Lancelot. Maybe it is a fashion or fantasy piece? It doesn't look that old to me. 60's or 70's or even later.

The guys on the other side look Greek or Roman.

I poked around the Net but didn't find anything even close.
