Wow, best day in ages. It must be the moist soil because all coins were very deep today. The 26 and 43-d were in the same plug, a few feet away another deep hit, 44-D, few yards away the 59D, Found my oldest V nickel ever, 1892. Very please with knowing deepish nickels do exist. It was about over 6 inches. All of todays dimes were the entire length of the carrot deep. The French 2 bit coin (aluminum how cheap) was from a rusted pendant. Silver FTY up to 26. My friend pulled a ND Buffalo as well.
