ebay is your best bet. or a coin store

Some coin stores are buying them for as much as 3X face. You should be able to get $1.25 minimum each. If you want to maximize the amount you sell them for then ebay would probably be your best bet. I have seen some rolls go for as much as 4X face.

Silver value as of friday was $1.89 per www.coinflation.com . It has gone up .09 an oz today. Last time I checked was 12.87/oz

Another option is to sell them to a refiner. Go to www.kitco.com and take a look at their buy prices. At the current spot of $12.86 they were buying them at $1.60 each. The only problem with that though is you have to pay shipping to get them out there. If you have a large quantity it might pay to have them shipped out there as you will not get a much better price from a coin dealer.
