Handle to an old double edged razor.

It might be an interchangeable handle for a small tool set, maybe crafting type of set my wife had something like it.The set had like a hammer head you would screw on that and some other tools also.The set was completely useless,some business's gave them away as a promotion kind of a gimmick.
