I know a couple of weeks ago I said I would post some of the bottles from behind my yard. Well I still have yet to gather those together (include a couple of old coke bottles, and lots of medicine ones..and whiskey) but today I hopped on over and these are what I took from the ground. Note on the right hand side the stoneware beer bottle..I love that..next to it is an old 7up bottle. Big brown thing in back is Clorox and there is also a Listerine and Pine Sol bottle. In front of the two brown bottles is a Diamond ink. Also towards the right there is a bottle with a bit of label on it yet that says Name and Room No.
As you see there is just a mixture as far as how old some of these things are. Officially the site was a dump from late 1800's to 1960 but I am sure other things have been thrown down there in more recent years. Thanks for looking and if you want to see a bigger pic of the stoneware Jos Wolf bottle I put it in the Today's Finds section.
