Went to a field today that has not been plowed in a long time.My take is they finally decided to plant it this year.I have been eye balling this field for a long time and I am sure glad they they plowed it.Not a whole lot of flint but it sure was produced alot of granite ( big )chunks of it.I am hoping that we get some more rain here in Missouri so I can huntthis field again.

Nice celt! It always is nice to find celts, axes, mauls or other non-flint items. They are not common in Pennsylvania - in 17 years of field collecting, I only have found one field that occasionally yields them.

That is a great find. Wow if you find one every ten years I would think that was good  Great hunt and finds and good luck with that field.
