From the bottle dump site
I pulled three more Baltimore beer bottles
2 monumental brewing company ( different )
and a newer local GBS. I also found two old
McCormick Baltimore bottles

Planning on attending the Baltimore Bottle Club
Next week to learn more about old bottles
And get me a Baltimore Bottle Book.
These next find from from across where this old
dump is. Its an old early site
Mostly tombacs, a nice silver washed button with
A flower motif

Last but not least, small park by my house yielded
three wheats and two keys

Lots of history there.

The Monumental Brewing Company bottle will be between 1900 and 1920. Lots of variations, some illustrated here:

GBS stands for Gottlieb, Buernschmidt, Strauss and that bottle will be between 1901-1910. They acted as an umbrella company for multiple breweries and their brands including Globe ‘Goldbrau’ and ‘Munich’, National ‘Bohemian’, Eigenbrot ‘Adonis’ and GBS own ‘Ideal’. Although based in Baltimore, Maryland some of the breweries were operating from Virginia too.

This place is loaded with whole bottles
I know nothing about old bottles
For the moment focusing just on Baltimore bottles
