Basssman generously took me to his great new spot today and despite heavy ran all morning we had a great day. Basssman posted his great finds earlier and they included a barber quarter and 6 Indian Head pennies. I had a great day as well! I managed to pull a 1894 barber quarter, 1901 and 1903 barber dimes, 2 mercs, a toasted v nickel, a 1902 Indian Head penny, and a coin just slightly smaller than a quarter and made of copper that is so toasted I can't see a single mark on it. Can't wait to get back out there with Ray! IMG_20180811_192528827_HDR.webpIMG_20180811_192534574.webp

Nice! What a stand-up guy Bassss is, there's not too many ppl that will take someone to a hot spot like that. Kudos to Bassss and congrats on a great day..Ddf.

Congrats on the finds! Maybe that unidentified copper is a 2 cent piece?

Nice going! Look's like Silver is the key. Nice Barbers, Mercs, V nickel, and an Indian!

Geez Mercs, Barbers, and a V nickel! Sounds like an awesome day! :icon_thumleft:

That’s a heck of a good day wow! Do the Barber dimes have mint marks? I hope they both have an S on the back!

Looks like a great hunt!

Dang, a 5 silver day! That is epic. Man that is so generous of bass to take you with him. We need more people like that. Great job!

Yeah Mark, we got wet for sure, but, it was a fun, productive day.... Glad I could get you to some nice Silver... basssmann (Ray)
