Decided to give digging nails a rest for a day. Instead I visited 4 other sites. One was a bust, but the other three all produced something of interest.
Gorgeous Barbie!
I guess it could just be a ring, but I'm calling it a toe ring. It is Sterling.
I had to laugh when I pulled up yet another shield nickel. My fourth already this year. This one was carried around awhile. The 5 is completely worn off.
Today's finds (well, technically now yesterday's)...
1867 Shield Nickel w/o rays (I think)
1888 Liberty Nickel
1898 Barber Dime
(5) Indian Head Pennies, 1864, 1888, 1891, 1899, 1901
1957 Silver Roosevelt Dime
(6) Wheatback Pennies, 1919, 1919, 1940, 1944, 1947-D, 1956-D
Sterling Toe Ring
Wind blown $1 bill
