I went night detecting tonight and I scored! I detect the beach at night to avoid kids, the sun, Yall know what I'm saying. I pulled a record number of sterling silver .925 items! I found 5 items in total. There are two earrings, a Pandora bead, a necklace clasp, and a Tarheel for UNC Chapel Hill. I found 2$ in coins, not a lot of anything out there. I'm still gonna try for that gold ring! It must be out there somewhere! IMAG0247-1.webp

FOR most of my hunt, i ran the all metal mode on my Ace 250. I used my best judgement to whether I dug or not according to the presence or absence of a high tone. I dug A LOT of trash. Only 2 pulltabs, which was interesting.

Good Job, keep hunting for that ring!

Congrats on your fines, and good luck finding that gold.
