I met up with Cavedweller at a few spots off the beaten path, a few beaches that most don't go to, too much garbage in the water....

The silver spinner and the stainless steel one (the one with the funky symbol on it) were found on the 2nd a few feet apart.

The gold plated 925 earring was found around the 3rd.

The 10 kt Dad ring was found on the 6th.

The 925 with amethyst stones was found on the 7th, Cotton's secret place.

The blackened 925 ring was found on the 10th. That was the deepest ring I have ever pulled out. I could barely hear the signal and was probably down about 10 inches.

I hunted just the mornings and not every day. Not pictured are $15.00 in change found and loads of pull tabs, can slaw, and other garbage.

Thanks for looking.

I can't believe for the few times I have been to the beach this year that I have found now 18 rings since the 2nd week of June. (2 weeks in June, July, and September; and of those maybe only 5 days each 2 week period, and only in the mornings). I also need to add to the totals over $50 in clad, 1 silver quarter, 2 wheat cents, and a 50 caliber round. I know I have picked up at least one full black yard bag of garbage from the beach.

I also couldn't believe all the other things that people just leave at the beach. I could have filled up a moving truck with all the items that were there for the taking in the morning (lawn chairs, tents, towells, clothes, blankets, beach toys, coolers, condoms still in the wrapper so somebody went home without any loving ;D, etc.)

Thanks again everybody with the compliments.

I like the Dad ring Its a nice chunk of gold - I had fun on our hunts and we both found some nice stuff but my best find to date was a hunting buddy named JPotter - Cavedweller

Thanks Cavedweller.

I have met a lot of nice people through the TNet.

I'm proud to call you and Cotton hunting buddies, but not only that but good friends.

I can't wait to get back to Florida and get out there and hunt with you guys.
