I’ve never seen a “raw” Ruby and probably would have walked right past that one thinking it was just a rock. Nice find!

Dang! Shows what I know. I thought it wascs crinoid fossil.

I doubt thats the only one where you found it, keep digging! These fluoresce bright red usually under long wave UV light.
