Did they send you an offer in your eBay messages? I normally get a message in there describing the offer, such as 50 free listings. Then I have to click the link that says something like, "Activate this offer".

Your account probably has selling limits especially if it's new. When I started a few years back I was only able to sell a limited amount of items & total monthly sales had to be below a certain amount. They bumped those numbers up fairly quickly and when I hit that I called & asked for higher limits. Since then they have periodically raise my limits. Last time I checked I could list/sell up to 4000 items a month for 250,000. That's a ridiculous amount. I rarely list more than 300/month & most sales in a month was around $6800.

I did receive one offer but it was toward the end of month and didn't activate so maybe next month, thanks guys!

Yeah, those offers usually have a short shelf life :). They will undoubtedly send more, so just keep watching for them.

Can't wait as well. Used up all of my selling limits this month, so hopefully eBay can increase them so I can take advantage of those free listings.

when one auction ends you can have another I found out so no more than 10 at one time I guess
