Will be interesting to see what happens. It does say on those tickets..."If your number matches the number with the prize, you win" -- so in fact, his number did match. If it was misprinted you'd think that's the lottery's fault. I think they will either have to pay him or give some kind of settlement.

While it doesn't seem fair, it's obvious that "one" doesn't start with "th".

I really don't think he has a leg to stand on. If it happened to me though, I'd push it for all it's worth too. I'd probably get stressed and die from a heart attack.

This is Probably Used Everywhere.
You Can't sue the Lottery & win.
It would be like Suing the State.
 

Yeah, but the misprint is debatable. They are saying the one is supposed to be a 13, but what if the "th" was supposed to be "one", what if the letters were misprinted?
