My friend Canslaw and I have been trying to find and old fairgrounds in Oregon where they were racing horses in 1870. So far not sure we are on the exact spot. Today I found a 56-56 Spencer Carbine rimfire case and approx a week ago found a .44 rimfire dual firing pin Henry lever action case. Approx 30' from where these were found I found (4) Indian Cents this year. 1882 , 1887, 1895 & 1902. Now if I could just find the guns... LOL... The gun pics are just for reference...
