71 silver coins found in 6 hours!

A huge area of beach was just recently exposed by very high winds and storm surge. I took full advantage and managed to find 71 silver coins over a two day period. I'm going back tomorrow!

Great finds that is what metal detecting is about if i was you get back there before the winds change and sand that beach back in , right after hurricane Sandy i was amazed what i found 12 to 15 feet of sand removed , i envy those guys who first started detecting on beaches back in the early 1960,s i can just imagine what they found . Good hunt and video . Jim

Detectors were no where near as good as they are now. And I'm sure there were no water machines. (I could be mistaken)

Thanks for a banner comment! I've been back twice (6hrs) for an additional 41 silver coins and another silver ring. I'll post the hunt tomorrow. That brings the total to 112 silver coins in 12 hours
