Some of the Tesoro detectors can be worn on your belt. Lobo ST, Tigershark Sandshark.

Thanks Pablo, I'm a '61 too. I used to wade with my µmax but it was a hassle scooping targets and balancing the detector. Will do it again sooner or later. Any tips for that game?

This was recommended to me by a dealer, to use a tire inner tube or float. Set the detector on the float and pull it along. The water detectors would be a safer choice for this.
