I just got these little 800 marked silver picture frames. They were $4.24 each and came to like $9.36 or something like that with tax and the cashier ask if I'd like to round it to $10. to support some other cause, so I said sure, because they felt as if the weight was in my favor. 134g of 80% = 3.44 Ozt of pure silver in the mix. I'm thinking they're Scandinavian, but maybe not. I've never seen the mark before and it doesn't really matter, as they're nice antiques in excellent condition outside of the years of oxidation they have.

:icon_thumright: on the finds and :icon_thumright: on the donation.

Only ever had cheap flimsy Webster sterling frames.. they're sitting around here somewhere.. after having been melted into a bar. :skullflag:

Those on the other hand display nicely as is!

Nice find, congrats! :occasion14:

Sounds like it was a good deal.

I broke one of the swing out props soldered to a tiny little hinge cleaning one. Bummer! Probably not worth getting fixed and now good only as scrap.
