Very nice find ! Silver spoons are not a common find - I would clean that up and polish it and perhaps find a use for it (sugar )

Great spoon, 
Its from Peru and I think its a Vintage souvenir spoon. 
Its not worth a whole lot of monetary value. 
Maybe scrap, but its an awesome silver spoon !!
