Finally a little better weather. We got about 2 more feet of snow over the weekend. Pretty cool this a.m., but better than that 20 below the other morning, which is better than the 44 below at Antero Reservoir yesterday. Ice fishermen have been getting out for a while now at Summit Cove.

Me and a couple buddies used to do some ice fishing out on Antero. Good times they were. Of course we didn't have the internet to review conditions like today.

We have lots of random sculptures placed around the county, worldtalker. No particular reason, just for looks I guess, but all pretty cool. That eagle is on an overlook on the east side of Lake Dillon. No tellin how many tourists have taken a pic of that over the years.

I tried ice fishing once. It took to long to get the boat in the water!
