I've been planing to search this new site weeks ago.
My first coin was this Big follis of Justinian I 525-567.

Other byzantine coins came out but after I had lunch I was searching near a clif. It was a high tone and I prepared the pinpointer but didn't use it. I could see it.

And than, leaving, I found another silver.

I am tired and I'm not writing any more. Just wanted to share it with you.

Thanks Don for the info. It is strange that in all the areas I find coins from a short period. I mean coins that were used in 200 years and not others from the next 200 or 500 years.
Lets see if I can find some more to keep you busy :tongue3:

Even the gold Byz coin was from Nicephorus! In this area I have found coins from 3rd - 1st BC and the coins from 8th - 10 AD. What about 800-900 years between these two periods!
