a buck a piece

I found these plates a couple of years ago at Goodwill and have never been successful in finding background info on the collection, marks, etc...

Anyone familiar with the marks or patterns? I AM familiar with Limoges/UC France...but what's the connection to Rich & Fisher in New York?

Oh, the Rich & Fisher is the black & white plate, the "England" mark is on the yellow plate.

Thanks!

First plate, could that be a company logo? (the center section)

Looked at over 500 different pieces of china here, did not find a match
which leads me further in believing its a custom pattern.

There are other sections, quit looking as i needed to scrape my eyeballs
off my monitor with a spatula.
