A button(I believe),a tag(I think) and a ?

Lookin for a few thgt's. I dont know if you can tell from the pic but I believe it's a button thatthe shank broke off and they just put a few holes in it to reuse. Not sure if it's a tag or what but it say's FLAK SEED with marks that look like a ruler. It only has a 1 and a 2 and it's exactly 1 inch at the 2 mark. It's not broke and the hole makes me think tag. Not real sure on the last, I know it's a handle and looks like it's for a gas valve but the site it was found at was gone by that time frame. THANX for the look and any help.... HH

would like to see the bottom of item # 3 , if It has a hole and the edges are tapered it is a hole punch, for what I am not sure but I have used something that looks similar to punch holes in fabric and plastic to attach grommets . the small round punch outs stack up inside and come out the hole in the side.

That is a valve for a barrel tap or possibly a spigot.

The flax seed item is most likely from a grain drill.

Looks like a running repair to a tombac button that broke its loop.
