A Couple In The Cold Wind This Morning

I slipped out before daylight this morning to get in a little hunting time before Kathy got up and around. I had seen where a landowner was building a couple of retention basins above his main pond. He had dozed off a couple of acres of ground along a bluff top to get the material for the small dams. I found a few flakes laying around and then spotted a long scraper. About a half hour later I saw a great little point sticking out from under a dirt clod.

On the way up to the area, I had to get through all those darned wildflowers in the timber. I was hoping for snow like you guys got over in the eastern part of the state last night but I'll just have to wait until next year.

OUTSTANDING pics Uncle Tom! (Not too shabby on the rocks either!)

Well, we are expecting our first child this June and my wife is dead-set on getting a really nice camera. DARN I suppose I'll have to help her pick one out and practice taking photo's with it so I can help her take those pictures of the baby (and hopefully sneak a few flora/fauna/geology pics.)

I may be e-mailing you with some advise since you are the "Master"!
