Last night I hit a local park for 2 hours. This park has been hunted by everyone with a metal detector, in McKean County. I managed to pull out 3 pennies. A 1916d & a 1918 Wheat Penny along with a really toasted IHP.
While there i was approached by a gent who asked if i could help him locate his property stake. We made arrangements to look for it today.
I took about 15 minutes to locate the metal pipe and ribbon. He then gave me permission to hunt the rest of his yard and a second property that he owned. I didn't find any Silver, but i did add to my fleet of cars.
The coolest find of the day was a shrunken jet fighter.

Good work on finding the property marker and nice assortment of finds. Congrats

Nice you got the marker. A little more real estate. Pretty nice hunt!

Nice hunt ATW. I always look for peoples survey stakes if they ask. A lot of times it turns into a situation like yours. Its a good way to pick up places to hunt.
