My oldest daughter and I went out rock hunting yesterday....at her request [emoji16] (I think I've got her hooked)
It was kind of a crappy day but nothing compared to some of the insane weather I've gone out hunting in.
My goal was for us to walk about 2 miles down to a spot which has kicked out many a fine point but when we got there there was nearly nothing to find.....although my daughter did find her first full point!......the white Swan River chert Duncan/Hanna.
We proceeded to walk back towards the truck.....2 miles north. That's when we started scoring.
Her finds are the bottom row in the picture with 8 pieces in it and the top base in the picture with 3 pieces.......I found all the rest of that stuff.
