A different day today.

Today started slow, I went to the station and ran a few calls before someone came to relieve me. So I didn't get out as early as I was hoping. But got out about at about 3 and headed to a new spot that I believe should produce a few relics. Managed to pull a fired Enfield and a cannon ball frag before the owners 3rd grade son got home. But when it did it was off to the fields. It was kinda tough hunting(with listening to the daily life of a 3rd grader) but it was still fun. We did snag this real nice closer off a nap sack and a canon permission fuse.
Anyway, my cousin had called me yesterday and wanted me to look at some coins for him. So I did. He insisted I have a few for my collection. The coins he gave me are the '57 flying eagle, '63 fatty IHP, and the '85 Morgan S. All and all not a bad day.

I hope everyone had a safe day. And may we never forget those that sacrifice for us every day in even the smallest of ways.
