A few finds from the lake --- have some questions

Found a few things at the lake today. A ring, a wheat (1938), and some kind of medal. Do you think the ring looks old or just cheap? Looking at the medal, I can't tell what the lady is doing for sure. Looks like it had a "gold" layer at one point. Any ideas? Thanks!

Medal, running ? sports related ? sure is oddly shaped.

That was my first impression. Maybe relay--that's why the hands are wierd.

I don't think it is a sports medal. Looks to be art deco. Long flowing hair. Sheer dress that trails off of her hips. What does the back look like? Any markings?

The medal is identical on both sides with no marks.
