A Few Items of Interest from Florida

Hello out there. Hunted a park and two 1900's in-city home sites for these finds. Nothing real spectacular except for the variety:

junk jewelry, ammo, toys, keys, interesting hardware, a Corvette, buttons, garter clip, thimbles, church medal, wheaties, and a merc in great condition.

Nice finds. A lot of digging there.

The rifle cartridges look like blanks. Check the primer. Most of the ones I find are unfired.

Hello Treblehunter. I don't think "she" or "sexy" are words that apply to this find. See 1904 ad below for these things...aarggghh.

I guess in 1904 it made sense.

That is a really nice assortment......those cartridges are blanks. Judging from the size in comparison to the old shot gun brass, they look like old 7.62 NATO blanks.
