The W.W. & Co. thing is a keyhole cover slide for a smoke house pad lock. They date to the CW and there is one in Crouch's Civil War Artifacts book. With the eagle it could be from a government contract. Included before and after brass brush cleaning. The three-ringer is obviously fired. Spoon is from a different location. It is Oneida Community.
