For once, the river gave me more to see than the marsh. First thing this morning, I spied a redtailed hawk and a bald eagle fly by, but the pics weren't too good so they got deleted:tongue3:. I did get a kingfisher that kept flying nearby.

The only sight that I could get a pic of was this Green Heron at the Wetlands today. I did see a couple deer shuffling their position trying to get away from me and a few flying ducks. It was oddly quiet there today:icon_scratch:

Even Miss Daisy wasn't impressed with the sights we had:laughing7:

This fellow sure looked lonely standing on a point off an island in the river. Almost like he had been cast out.

This little guy kept returning to the newly filled feeders.

Thanks. She is the only female we have had and likely the last:laughing7:. She has one BA attitude:tongue3:

Nice! You got the King Fisher. I see them along the creek that goes through town. Noisy birds they are and I can never get close to them.

LOVE those hummingbird shots!! I could spend the rest of my life sitting out where they would fly all around, with lots of feeders everywhere so they can maybe learn to play nice for a change.

So that's where you've been! Great shot and what a sweet old puppy dog! Cheers bud
