a few things, Rev war button, bale seal, others

Hey guys just looking for some help on a few things.

I believe the button is french, Royal Corps of Artillery 1776-1790

the seal, if it is that, says LAB.AN.SEMI and PISA maybe in the middle? any ideas

lastly the two military looking bars have me lost. any Ideas?

Interesting idea, however if you look at the back side one of them has a clasp that looks like it would hang from

Very nice French Reg. love the turret.
I'm still looking for a cut Spanish, yours is a beauty.
Those bars do look like watchband pieces, I see the piece you speak of....
