A few what is its. Please help!

I dug all of these item in areas known to be used during the civil war. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first 2 photos piece is the handle attachment loop to either a bucket or pot.
7th photo is part of a butt plate.
8th & 9th is what's left of a Warranted Balance Scale
The bottom piece looks like it had a hinge .. an ink well lid
