This is a serrated fossil chert Kirk knife,,, it was found in Tarpon Springs, Pinellas co. Florida.....

Notice how many points from that time frame in your area were made from thick flakes, withone side showing the surface of the flake over a large part of it. Not justthis one, but many in the past few weeks/months.
 

I might wanna call that one a Six Mile Creek Point but I ain't a typer except on the keyboard. Same time period IMHOP.

I could be mistaken, but it looks steeply beveled all the way around from one side only.
