After a good day's work on Friday I shot down to the city for a short 1.5 h hunt at "The Hill". Not shown in the picture are two Jeff nickels (one a 1938) and a lady's Hong Kong stainless watch band that looks like the mower got it. The keepers include an 1980 Irish two-pence (hence the harp), a sharp 1918S wheat, a 1907 IHC, and a metal collar tab made by KING. So no silver today, but then that's not to be expected; I'll take an Indian instead.

Nice coppers...the wheat and Indian are in excellent condition...the "Hill" was good to you today! Ddf

Yes Ddf! The IHC came from an area where I've dug some older items; again, this was within fifty feet from my truck, so that small section is still producing.

Thanks Biener! I'll be headed backed there soon.

That is some wonderful finds. Congrats!

Thanks KK1611! Gonna let this site rest for now. I know what's there and its not going away. Sweet site with many deep, faint signals - a real treat to hunt.

Nice finds McCDig, you seem to never leave empty handed.

Hey L-D, you're right. This site is amazing and you'd walk away with lots of keepers if you spent a few hours here. Had my last hunt here for awhile, but did manage to dig a 14K engagement ring before having to leave this AM; will post this later.
