Location
Where good deeds are performed daily
Detector(s) used
Garrett Fortune Hunter, White's CoinMaster, Garrett American S3, Compass Coin Magnum and a couple of others you will only find in museums!
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Yesterday I went in search of a lead I had gotten about some area where an old hotel was located that had sulpher springs. Supposedly visited by FDR.
Well, the bottom line is, I went looking and couldn't find the location so instead spent some time at a newer High scool football field.
I thought this would be a chance to practice with my newest old metal detector.
Boy! I found 2 watches, almost 50 coins(none old) an expensive looking earring and a few other goodies! Needless to say I got plenty of practice.
Proves again the saying, "A fair day metal detecting is better than a good day doing anything else!"
