A little different, but interesting and I found it today

Cool! Maybe some sort of root cellar?

Maybe a root cellar, or something else, be funny if it was an old booze hiding spot from prohibition era! You gonna check it out?

HI BOB!

hope you find a treasure chest

That's awesome. Can't wait to find out what it is. Wh

Don't leave me hangin, Whats in there!? lol

Would be cool if it was full of treasure, but I’m thinking root cellar also.

I hope it’s not a grave.

Keep us posted

If indeed it is hollow inside you may have found a very old pottery kiln. If it is, that style is called a groundhog kiln. If it is then the pottery shop and waster dump would have been within 15-20 feet one way or the other from it.

Would a pottery kiln be that big?
I'll take some more pictures tomorrow.

Maybe an bomb shelter? Keep us posted!

Yea, there is a good possibility that it is a old grave if it is just say sorry & close the door back...LOL.....:laughing7:

The father down from the top you go, there is more dirt covering the mound, and digging in to the side at 5 feet from the top it looks like the walls are stone without cement, once you get by the dirt.

There's at least one piece of rail sticking horizontally out of the pile, which looks to be some kind of roof support.
